We are looking for a new person in our team - help us grow and join us!
Responsibility for achievement of MIJ P&L targets in retail channel (mortar stores + ecommerce) in CZ/SK +
international customers (e.g. Westwing, Bonami etc.)
Achieves MIJ P&L targets, primarily focusing on retail distribution of the group of Key Accounts via
maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping in close connection with supply
and demand, marketing, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Identify new business opportunities/customers and establish profitable/sustainable cooperation.
Build, maintain and support relationship with existing key accounts.
Being responsible for listings of new products and promotional plans setup. Management of
account including management of credit notes, returns, penalties etc.
Ensuring proper presentation of MIJ instore/online, providing all supportive materials/content to
customers. Ensuring merchandising when needed.
Execute and leading negotiation with key accounts, incl. annual negotiations (business conditions).
Business planning: forecasting and developing annual sales targets; projecting expected sales
volume and profit for existing and new products.
Continuous search for new ideas, new sales opportunities in line with the MIJ´s targets and
Business administration linked to account management (mainly CRM)
3+ years of experience in KAM management or as buyer
2+ years of experience in nonfood retail sector, experience from tableware / cookware is plus
Independ and self-driven personality, capable to achieve results within startup environment
Proven track results in key account business building
Knowledge of the customer channel and the ability to drive sales plans into forecasts and execute
Adaptability to changing environment, taking change as opportunity not as constrain, ability to work
in changing environment, where not everything is settled, not all processes are defined.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Solution oriented, “hands on” approach when needed
Languages: Czech or Slovak, English (ability to run business negotiation via mail/phone), German
Driving license B, ability to travel as required in the Czech Republic, Slovakia or EU
Computer literacy (MS Office)
