    The Lopsided Blue Cup is a celebration of colour and character. Its deliberately asymmetric form is coated in a rich, vivid blue dipped glaze that covers the upper body, revealing the natural beige clay at the base. The deep cobalt blue hue creates a bold, eye-catching presence on any table. Designed without a handle in the traditional Japanese style, it is perfect for tea, espresso, matcha, or sake. The intentionally uneven rim and tilted silhouette embody the wabi-sabi philosophy. Handcrafted in Japan, each 180 ml cup is a one-of-a-kind piece. Dishwasher and microwave safe.

    MIJ products are handmade from durable ceramics that do not contain harmful impurities or heavy metals. It is made by Japanese craftsmen whose tradition dates back to the 12th century. The paints are of high quality, do not peel off and also do not contain any harmful substances.

    MIJ products are therefore suitable for both the dishwasher and the microwave. MIJ Japanese ceramics have been used in restaurants for more than 30 years and their quality and durability are thus thoroughly proven.

    The ceramics are directly imported from Japan.
